PROGRAM OVERVIEW

PALADIN Aviation Services LLC delivers aviation-inspired STEM enrichment programs designed to engage students through hands-on learning, teamwork, leadership, and real-world problem solving.

Led by retired Airline Captain Tom Harrison Jr., students experience aviation concepts through
interactive activities, decision-making exercises, and career pathway exploration tailored for
elementary through high school students.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Tom Harrison Jr.

A retired Airline Captain with over 15,000 flight hours and decades of aviation leadership and instructional experience. His mission is to inspire students through aviation while helping young people develop confidence, discipline, focus, and leadership skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
